    PB Signs two-year deal with New York based Dye'N 2 Race brand to sell, market, distribute and become the exclusive brand manager for the Canadian marketplace. Also, PB has the rights to sell this brand to its’ U.S. customer base on a non-exclusive basis.

    Dye'N 2 Race, a racing lifestyle brand has found an extremely large niche
    within the North American market, with over 200 million race fans including 60% of which are women with buying power.

    We are extremely proud to be working with Loren and his team of fashion professionals that have experience developing and working some of the largest names in the industry such as American Eagle, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Victoria Secret to name a few. A World Class partnership!

  • Exclusive license agreement between PB and Kebel inc.

    Kebel Inc, the owner of the Aqua Caddy patent and trademark has signed a new exclusive license agreement with PureBrands today. The terms of the deal include a 5 year worldwide exclusive sales, distribution, and manufacturing agreement for which Kebel Inc. will receive a quarterly license fee for every unit sold.

    PureBrands is rapidly positioning itself as a brand manager to both world class brands looking for more market share as well as new and unique smaller brands that need to have a clear no-nonsense approach to sales and distribution.

    Pure brands signs a 10 year exclusive world wide licensee agreement to sell, distribute and become a brand Manager for Athletically Armed.

    Athletically Armed is a new brand Lauched in the summer of 2009. It will cater to professionals in athletically demanding emergency fields (such as Police, Fire, and Armed forces)

    The products will include, Apprarel, Head Wear, and Vitams.

    "We believe Athletically Armed has found a niche in a valuable market that is not currently being served today! We are very excited about partnering with them!"

    PureBrands will develop and excute a strategy for Athletically Armed over the coming months. We plan to have details of this strategy and the soft lauch of the product completed by mid summer 2010.

    Kamel Clothing picks PureBrands as their world wide sales distributing and brand managing partner.

    Kamel Clothing a Prince Edward Island company was Launched in 2003, It has developed a lifestyle line of Apparel and Headware that is second to none for it targeted customer.

    PureBrands signed a 25 year exclusive world wide licensing deal with Kamel Clothing and expect its products to hit selected customer's in early 2010.

    "We are extremely proud to be chosen as Kamel Clothing's exclusive Brand Manager. Under this agreement PureBrands will introduce this new innovative brand to retailer's thoughout North America in 2010."

  • PB sign License agreement with Anheuser Busch.

    PureBrands has become an official licensee of Anheuser Busch. Under the terms of the deal, PureBrands has signed a three and a-half year non exclusive license arrangement expiring December 31, 2012.

    PureBrands will sell and distribute all Anheuser Bush family of brands including, Bud, Bud Light, Bud Lime, Bud racing to name a few.

    PureBrands under the license agreement will be able to sell the product to all channels except mass.

    "We are very excited about this opportunity to partner up with a world wide identifiable brand like Anheuser Busch."
